I currently weigh 150lbs. I desperately need to lose 20-25 lbs. It's going to be a challenge, but i am ready for it. I'll have a personal trainer at the gym twice a week. I will keep updates about my progress. Comments are welcomed. Wish me luck.

I started my fitness program today. I have a wonderful personal trainer and I think she'll do a great job in helping me to get back in shape.
We started with 10 minute warm up on a treadmill.
Next we did leg curls, leg press, shoulder and chest press - 1 set of 15 repetitions on each machine .
2 different abdominal core exercise on a floor.
Elliptical for 15 minutes.

Now I need a good vegetarian meal plan. If you have any suggestions feel free to comment.

I want to eliminate meat and dairy from my diet. It sounds like a challenge, since I love dairy products, but I already tried every other diet, and nothing seems to work.

I'm still exercising, and keeping a low carb, low fat diet. I lost 4 lbs so far.
